In Dickens County, (unofficial) election returns were compiled Tuesday night by county clerk Danay Carnes, and in the contested Republican primary race for county commissioner, Pct. 2, incum- bent Mike Smith has won with 93 votes (60.93%) to challenger Casey Smith’s 61 (39.61%).
