BUCKI SIGNS After appearing at the state track meet for three consecutive years, Spur senior Bucki Smith signed a letter of intent to run track for Lubbock Christian University.

Mortenson warms community with new coats

Spur-area construction contractor Mortenson delivered several dozen new coats of various sizes (lots of coats for small children) to the Spur Food Pantry for distribution to those needing winter warmth.
