The Spur FFA Organization (Future Farmers of America) chapter has not only been a staple for Spur ISD, but an even bigger staple for the community.

Bulldogs win homecoming game at halftime

The 70th Spur High School homecoming football game was a huge win in many ways. Not only did the Bulldogs win big, but the atmosphere was perfect. Friends and families gathered from near and far in the stands to watch the exciting tradition of Homecoming.

Christ the King ends Patton match by mercy rule

The Patton Springs Rangers faced off against the Lions of Lubbock’s Christ the King Cathedral School on Thursday night on their home turf. Coming off of a battle from last week’s close loss, the Rangers would be looking to come back with some vengeance this week.

Jaybirds put tough loss behind, ready to begin district play

Heading into Friday night’s game between the Jayton Jaybirds and the visiting Spur Bulldogs, the community hype was certainly set. The game saw Spur take a 24-0 lead into the half.

LESLI RUSH CLARK GOLF SCRAMBLE RESULTS 09/27/22 The weather was on point and awesome for last week’s scramble. Seven teams were formed, and two places were paid out. A decision was made to switch it up a little bit on how teams were formed.

Bulldogs notch decisive win over Jaybirds

The Spur Bulldogs traveled to Jayton on Friday September 30, and they brought home a win. The final score for the game was 62–34. The Bulldogs came out strong in the first half, shutting out the Jayton Jaybirds. In the first two quarters it was all Spur.
