DICKENS COUNTY-SPUR LIBRARY is hosting an Adult Summer Reading Contest, now through Aug. 27. Open to adults 18 and older and must live in Dickens County and have a valid library card from Dickens County-Spur Public Library. For every three books you read, you’ll earn a chance to win a $50 Lawrence Brothers gift card. The more you read, the more chances you get! Audiobooks are included. Reading logs must be turned in by 5 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 27.
