COMPILED FROM MINUTES
In the regular monthly meeting of the Patton Springs Independent School District board of trustees on March 24, Interim Superintendent Bryan White presented and discussed enrollment and attendance, student and employee awards and honors, maintenance projects, safety, security, and vehicles and housing.
Becky Hodges provided the quarterly investment report. TASB Policy Update 124 was presented; all LEGAL policies.
The board went into closed meeting pursuant to Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney to seek and receive legal advice). The board consulted legal counsel regarding transfer agreements.
The board then reconvened into open meeting.
Clayt Bridge made the motion and Shane Roberts madethesecondtoapprove Sandra Ramirez as the EMAT/TEKS certification coordinator, school year 2025-2026. Motion passed.
Ernest Ramirez made the motion and Clayt Bride made the second to approve the agreement to hire Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, LLP, to conduct the August 31, 2025 financial audit. The motion passed.
Attending the meeting were board members Gary Bridge, Clayt Bridge, Shane Roberts and Ernest Ramirez. Board members Ronda Dalton and Lana Burson were absent. Also attending were Interim Superintendent Bryan White, Principal Sandra Ramirez and Business Manager Becky Hodges.
