Cap Rock Telephone Cooperative is hosting a photo contest for use on the cover of the company’s 2022 telephone directory. As in past years, Cap Rock invites photos from its service area: “landscape, wildlife, or any of the beautiful landmarks in the Rolling Plains.”
One lucky winner will have their photo chosen for the cover. In addition, entries may be used on Cap Rock’s website, Channel 1 on Cap Rock TV, or various printed material the co-op creates.
Those who enjoy taking photographs and would like to share their talent must submit their entries on or before December 1, 2021.
Here are the guidelines for submitting photos:
• Full color only; no black-and-white photos.
• Use highest resolution available on all digital cameras, submitted in JPG format.
• Include photographer’s name, address and contact number and information about the picture in each entry.
• Children in photographs must not be identifiable.
• Limit 6 entries per person.
• Photographs become the property of Cap Rock Telephone and will not be returned.
• Photos received after December 1, 2021 will not be entered in the contest for the 2022 Directory, but will be eligible for use in other Cap Rock publications.
• Digital photos can be emailed to prizes@ caprockspur.com.
