In our coverage of the Spur City Council July meeting in the August 11, 2022, Texas Spur, we misstated two facts. Under the Fire department benefit section, the information should have read that “The city would not need to issue a 1099 to each participant annually.”
Under the section RV park zoning variances requested, with regard to council’s vote on the McDaniel zoning variance request, the motion from council member Don Wright, which was to reject the request, passed (not failed) on a mixed vote.
We regret the errors and appreciate those who read carefully and brought them to our attention.
