Dana’s Pharmacy at 315 Burlington Avenue in Spur is now offering self-tests for Covid-19.
If you are symptomatic, exposed, high risk or immunocompromised, the drug store has self-tests at no cost that you can use to check your Covid-19 status.
The tests are available in the store; those who don’t feel like coming in may call (806) 271-3394 and staff will bring the test to you curbside.
These tests have to be done within a 56-hour timeframe of picking them up and they go out every weekday via FedEx; so, they must be back in the pharmacy by 2 p.m.
The pharmacy has a private testing area, if you’d like to do the test on site.
These tests are being made available to Dana’s Pharmacy through a federal program for medically underserved rural communities.
