The Gamma Eta Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International held its first meeting of 2021 on January 11 by Zoom. Twelve members joined the online meeting.
Members were greeted by Cristy McClenny of Lindale, Tex., and the program was presented by Donna Anderson of Lubbock.
Anderson had traveled with a group to Israel in early 2020. Slides and video clips were shown to the group attending, along with Anderson’s commentary of the trip. Awarded the TSO Fall Mini-Grant, Anderson commented that the funds from the grant paid for the insurance for the trip.
After the program a business meeting was held. Gamma Eta’s next meeting will be March 1, 2021, with Debbi Ball of Spur leading the group in making Fairy Lights.
