The Jayton High School Cross Examination Debate Team attended the district contest in Guthrie, Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021. Joel Williams and Ben Blankenship secured their ticket to the state competition, going 4–1 on the day, earning them first place at the contest.
Also competing for Jayton were the teams of Liz Lackey and Jarret Herzog, and Jaydon Rivera and Jayce Rivera.
