The Kent County Junior Livestock Show Association will take place at the Kent County Stock Show Barn in Clairemont starting on Friday, Jan. 13, 2023, with animals allowed to enter the barn Thursday, Jan. 12, 2023.
“This year we are adding something additional for supporters,” said county AgriLife agent Brandon Cave. “Not only will we list you in our program that everyone receives at the Stock Show, but we will display your name, company name, or logo on a banner at the event. This banner will be placed near the show ring where all in attendance can see.” Those wishing to participate may contact Cave at brandon. cave@ag.tamu.edu.
Cave encourages members of the public to attend the stock show and see for themselves how Kent County youth are served by their donations. Contributions may be mailed to the Kent County Livestock Show at P. O. Box 65, Jayton, TX 79528 or bring them to the press box anytime during the show.
