with the funds received from the Tocker Foundation have started coming into the library. We received several this past week. Fans of New York Times bestselling author Danielle Steel will be pleased to know we have an irresistible story of the risks two people are willing to take in exchange for a chance at the life they’ve always wanted in “Without a Trace.”

In a thrilling new story of female empowerment, adventure and vigilante justice from best-selling author, Fern Michaels, The Sisterhood reunites to avenge an attack against one of their own in “Tick Tock.”

Homicide cop Eve Dallas returns with a passion in the captivating crime thriller series by the #1 New York Times bestselling author J. D. Robb in “Encore in Death.”

From #1 bestselling author and master of suspense, Dean Koontz, we have “The House at the End of the World.” Readers at Amazon have given it 4.4 stars out of 5 stars. One reviewer had this to say about the novel; ‘The characters were very well developed and the plot never left you bored. I know this sounds over the top, but the prose actually called to me to keep reading when I wanted to stop.

No spoilers—just have to say one of the best books I've read in a while and I read A LOT!

For our patrons who prefer a good old shoot-’emup Western, we have “The Fleecing of Fort Griffin” by Spur Award winning author, Preston Lewis, a master of western plot twists and humor. “The Fleecing of Fort Griffin” takes readers on an unconventional and uproarious journey through the Old West.

Written by another Spur Award–winning author, Patrick Dearen, “The End of Nowhere” is based on what actually happened at Porvenir, Texas, on January 28, 1918—the darkest moment in Texas Rangers history.

Check it all out at the library.
