According to McAdoo resident Donna Edinburgh, the McAdoo Homecoming isn’t just for ex-students of the former McAdoo School. Homecoming is a chance for past residents of the McAdoo community and all friends to visit. “Anyone is welcome,” she said.
This year’s homecoming will be Saturday, April 30, 2022, after the last homecoming was cancelled due to Covid-19. There are no Friday activities this year.
For Saturday lunch, the McAdoo Volunteer Fire Department will provide a catered meal. The department will host a dance at the fire hall that night featuring the Fabulous Sandbillies.
Hamburgers will be available for purchase at the dance.
