In last week’s issue of The Texas Spur we called attention to numerous recent rehab projects around Spur’s business community.
At the East Hill Street office of attorney Elaine Harris, contractor (and Harris’s son) Greg Hardin stopped by after reading the piece to say that the work on the cedar fence was done by him and his brother, Henry. (We apologize for reporting earlier information that turned out inaccurate.) Hardin added that the fencing panels were all reclaimed material.
At the Dollar General, where work on the interior layout was still ongoing last week, the new Home Finds section was set up and still being stocked after press time—but we went by to take a photo for this week’s issue.
