NEXT PALACE MOVIE The Third Annual Back to School Movie for the Palace Theater is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 22, at 7 p.m. All Spur, Patton Springs and Jayton athletes and cheerleaders will be admitted free to the movie. The featured movie is “The Way Back” (2020), starting Ben Affleck, a story about a former high school basketball star who is grappling with his son’s death and alcoholism and comes back to turn his alma mater’s flailing basketball program into a successful one.
