Patton Springs ISD, in northern Dickens County, will celebrate Homecoming this week.
Festivities kick off with a bonfire Thursday night at 7:45 p.m. at 1231 E. FM 193. Attendees should park on the grass.
On Friday the Rangers will play a double-header football game, with the junior high playing at 5:30 p.m. against Paducah and the high school playing at 7:30 p.m. against the Paducah JV, according to principal Sandra Ramirez.
The homecoming court will be introduced during the pep rally at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24 and the Homecoming Queen will be announced and crowned that night during the football halftime show.
Homecoming court and queen nominees are: Senior: Katlynne Cornett; Freshman: Toryan Childers; Senior: Kinley Chandler; Junior: Melania Ramirez; Freshman: Brooklyn Freeman.
