At the Christmas at Tech math/science UIL meet Saturday, Madison White and Jaxon White of Patton Springs competed in the 1A-2A division along with 11 other schools. In Calculator Applications, Jaxon won 3rd place and Madison won 4th place. In Mathematics, Madison won 1st place, with Jaxon right behind in 2nd place. Madison will receive a Texas Tech scholarship for being the top senior scorer in Mathematics.
