The Patton Springs Rangers faced off against the Rule Bobcats this past Friday for what would be their third game of the season.
Rule would start the game off coming on strong scoring 4 consecutive Touchdowns back to back, seemingly shutting the Rangers out. But the Rangers, though only six men to fight the whole game, pulled themselves up by the bootstraps and refused to go down easy.
The Rangers would come back and come to life in the second half.
Senior Ralph Garza (#21) would lead his team with the help of his freshman brother Michael Garza (#20). Both of them would go to work in the backfield, making multiple touchdown receptions to each other as well as junior Devon Reyna (#12) coming in the mix.
Though the Rangers would come back and fight, it would not be enough to overthrow the Bobcats.
The game finished Friday night with the final score 91– 60, Bobcats over the Rangers.
