Early voting for the Republican and Democratic primary runoff elections started Monday and continues through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the courthouses in Dickens and Kent counties.
Election Day is May 24 and polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at several locations across the counties.
In Dickens County, in addition to statewide races, the Republican primary runoff will pit Arlene Abernathy against Patti Hagar for the justice of the peace’s position.
In Kent County, Cole Carpenter and Ray Hall will each vie for the position of county commissioner, Precinct 2.
