Spur community picks Fall Fest King and Queen winners

On Saturday, October 25, Spur ISD’s Class of 2023 hosted the Fall Fest King and Queen contest. Fall Fest jars were distributed to local businesses for the last couple of weeks to start gathering votes. The jars were on a rotation among the five businesses. The votes were counted, with one cent equaling one vote, the morning of the contest.

The candidates gathered in the Spur ISD Cafeteria at 5:30 p.m. to begin the ceremony. The Class of 2023 introduced the candidates and crowned the winners of each division. The elementary school winners were Khloee Segura and Hazen Hall. The Junior High School winners were Kyiara Walker and Tyler Garza, and the high school winners were Erin McGalliard and Josh Ortiz.

The class of 2023 would like to thank everyone that voted and contributed towards another successful Fall Fest King and Queen Contest.
