For 21 years assistant Sandy Agee has helped Spur Elementary students and parents with backpacks, school passes, missing homework and sick notices.
Parents who themselves were youngsters when “Mrs. Agee” began her career with Spur schools will say good-bye to an era.
Faculty, staff and administrators saluted Agee last week in a reception at the school.
After 21 years, she has earned a well-deserved recess.
