LESLI RUSH CLARK
GOLF SCRAMBLE RESULTS 08/02/22
Even though it was extremely HOT for last week’s scramble, five teams were formed and two places were paid out. The team of Jimmy Ashley, Larry Bass, Justin Posey and Dana Conrad returned to the clubhouse shooting 6 under par and a score of 30 to take home the First Place winnings and bragging rights for the week. The team of Tyler Luke, Aubrey Luke, Daniel Perez, Derek Ninneman and Cammie Walker rolled back in with 5 under par and a score of 31 to take home the Second Place money. Congratulations to Jimmy Ashley for landing his drive 38‘ 11” from the cup on the No. 8 Hole to claim that money for the week.
No one landed a drive on the No. 1 Hole, so that money pot still continues to grow. 2 JACKS & 1 JILL TOURNAMENT The time is here to get your team signed up for the SGA 2 Jacks & 1 Jill. This will be a twoday tournament on August 27 and August 28. The entry fee is $200 per team. There will be a Calcutta following the Saturday afternoon round. Please contact Landon White at (806) 422-0090 or Tyler Luke at (806) 269-1606 to get your team entered.
PRAYERS ARE BEING ANSWERED!
We are thanking the Lord for blessing our course with a little over an inch of rain last Thursday night. This will be a huge help to our greens and fairways. Until next week— keep believing, keep counting your blessings and keep praying for rain!
