meeting of the Spur ISD board of trustees on Nov. 28, 2022, the board voted unanimously to approve the 2021-2022 tax audit.
Trusteesalsovotedunanimously to approve a Tax Deed 4678 for a $1,250.00 bid on Parcel 4678.
In the superintendent’s report Craig Hamilton discussed the 2023-2025 Safety Standards Formula; and Student Vaping, Vape Detectors, and Vape Testing. He also discussed with the board SHARS Medical Reimbursement for 2022-2023.
The board convened in executive session at 8:50 p.m. The board ended its closed executive session at 9:30 p.m. After no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:33 p.m..
Members present were board president Barry Ferguson and trustees Roy Sanchez, Pat Ortiz, Andrew Adams, Terri Wyatt, Matt Humphreys and Casey Smith.
Others present were superintendent Craig Hamilton, high school principal David Burton, business manager Jodi Martinez, superintendent secretary April Ortiz, and Randall Terry, Ryan King and Tanya Phillips.
