In the Silver Spur Relays held Oct. 3 at Spur, the Spur High School girls were team champions, with six medalists (places 2nd through 15th). Medalists Bucki Smith placed 2nd; Brianna Robles-Vargas placed 7th; Paige Gonzalez placed 10th; Tristen Martin placed 12th; Alyssa Fulmer placed 13th medalist Allee Hamilton placed 15th.
Other finishers were Madison Givens, 20th; Ravaya Kuenstler, 25th; Mallory Leary, 26th; Cara Paschall, 31st; Caitlyn Leary, 32nd; Macye Maben, 34th; and Hannah Moseley. 47th
Spur High boys finished 2nd in team competition, with two medalists, Jorden Zarate, 2nd; and Austin Fulmer, 9th.
Other finishers on the team were Preston Pafford, 16th; Zek Mosley, 17th; Craig Leary, 18th; Eoin Horn 25th; Liam Horn, 27th; and Andrew Pafford, 31st.
Spur Junior High boys were also team champions, with five medalists: Josh Ortiz, 4th; JD Hamilton, 6th; Zech Mosley, 8th; and Haden Howell, 10th. Brandon Garza finished 19th.
Spur Junior High girls finished 3rd, with four medalists: Erin McGalliard, 5th; Kimberlee Segura, 11th; Kelsi Harrison,13th; and Addison Fulmer, 19th.
Other finishers on the team were Olivia Ortiz, 22nd; Tory Childers, 24th; Azriel Vargas, 31st; and Lily Daza, 35th.
