TALL ORDER Crews from Cap Rock Telephone and South Plains Electric Cooperative mounted flags and banners and down Burlington Avenue in Spur Monday evening in preparation for Spur Homecoming weekend. “Thank you for working after hours on hanging flags,” the City of Spur posted on Facebook. “It’s looking like Homecoming.” The Spur Ex-Students Association designed and purchased new vinyl flags this year. Spur High School students also placed Bulldogs flags on utility poles as a fundraiser. | THE TEXAS SPUR
