Five communities east of Lubbock on Highway 62/82 have joined together for Truckin’ Along US Route 62/82 Yard Sales again in 2021.
On Saturday, June 12, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., bargain hunters are invited to follow the trinket truck signs along US Highway 62/82 for 62 miles from east of Lubbock to Dickens.
Visitors can check out vintage shops, yard sales, farmers’ markets and bargain spots along the route and stop into communities to discover places they might never get to visit without this special event.
This day provides a unique opportunity to experience local restaurants, BBQ places, burger joints, food vendors, parks, historic sites, museums and more.
Maps will be available at convenience stores in Idalou, Lorenzo, Ralls, Crosbyton and Dickens.
The cost for those wishing to be listed on the maps is $10 for individuals and $25 for businesses.
