DICKENS COUNTY SPUR PUBLIC LIBRARY Children’s Story and Activity Time has resumed as of June 29 at the library on Tuesday mornings, 10–11 a.m.

SOUTH PLAINS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE Spur Membership Meeting will take place Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the Spur High School Cafeteria and Auditorium. Registration is from 5:00-6:30 p.m.; dinner begins at 5:00 p.m. and door prize drawing: 6:30 p.m. (Must register in-person, but need not be present to win.)

SPUR FARMERS’ MARKET & CRAFT FAIR will take place Saturday, July 24 in Rickels Park (400 block of Burlington Avenue) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is no booth fee, except for vendors needing electricity (contact organizers via the Spur Farmer's Market & Trade Page on Facebook).

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL The First Baptist Church of Spur will be hosting Vacation Bible School July 26–30, 2021, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the church. Ages Pre-K through 5th grade are eligible, and registration is open now.
