TEXAS WRITES, a statewide program from the Writers’ League of Texas that brings accomplished authors to rural libraries for a half day focused on the craft of writing, will be in Spur Saturday, May 14 at 10 a.m. at the Dickens County-Spur Public Library.The event will feature novelist Tex Thompson WLT director Becka Oliver.
