SPUR HOMECOMING events will take place from Thursday afternoon, Oct. 6, through Saturday night, Oct. 8. A special section in The Texas Spur’s Oct. 6 issue will outline the schedule, honor reunion classes, and provide an overview of 70 years of Spur Homecoming, since the first in 1952.
DRY LAKE HOMECOMING will be Sunday, Oct. 9, at the Spur Senior Citizens Building at 12:15 p.m. Meat for a lunch meal will be provided; please bring a side dish or dessert.
SPUR ISD FALL FEST will take place Saturday, Oct. 15, at the school, with games, food booths, and other fun activities open to the public.
