Since 1965, high school juniors and seniors in the South Plains Electric Cooperative service area have competed in three local contests for a chance to win an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C. This year Morgan McCauley of Guthrie was selected to represent the Spur area; the winner will participate in the D.C. trip June 12-21, 2020.
