The Motley County Library also has festivities that evening. The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who will be visiting the Library Thursday, Dec. 5. They will offer free photos with the Grinch and Cindy Lou from 5 to 8 p.m., which will be published on Facebook for you to print (if you do not have a printer, the library will print them for you). The Grinch and Cindy Lou are bringing along some friends for the evening. They will also have special gifts for everyone visiting them.
Youngsters can shop for everyone on their list, at The Kiddie Store, where everything is only $1.00 and scholarships are available for those needing shopping money.
The Library will also have their annual Big Book Sale, A Bake Sale, and will have the 2024 Texas Capital Ornament available for purchase. There will be free popcorn, and the library will be giving away two door prizes, a child’s prize and an adult prize.
