If you visit the library to get a look at the giant Frosty the Snowman, check out our latest in large-print books. From Mary Higgins Clark and Alafair Burke we have “It Had To Be You.” In the latest thrilling entry of the bestselling Under Suspicion series by Queen of Suspense Mary Higgins Clark and Alafair Burke, television producer Laurie Moran investigates the unsolved murder of a beloved couple celebrating the college graduations of their successful twin sons.
The latest installment in his famous Detective Dave Robicheaux series is aptly named “Clete.” New York Times bestselling author James Lee Burke brings Dave’s partner and friend, Clete Purcel, to the forefront for the first time as Clete and Dave attempt to stop ruthless smugglers of a dangerous new drug.
In Jeffrey Deaver’s latest in the Lincoln Rhyme series, “The Watchmaker’s Hand,” forensic criminalist Lincoln Rhyme and detective Amelia Sachs track a criminal with a bizarre and catastrophic m.o.—toppling the construction cranes in New York City.
