Rylee Foster was presented with the Shooting Sports Award.
Korey and Joanna Bateman of Spur were honored with the Dickens 4-H Silver Spur Award.
At the 2025 Dickens County 4-H awards banquet, South Plains Electric Cooperative was named Friend of 4-H.
