Texas Lt. Gov. announces legislation for first called special session of 89th lege

AUSTIN— On July Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick announced the following legislation for the first called special session of the 89th Legislature. Bills address a wide spectrum of topics, leading with Sen. Charles Perry’s proposal on Natural Disaster Preparation and Recovery. Perry also plans to introduce a bill, SB13, on Water Project Incentives.
