Texas Spur Country gearing up for spring events

FRIDAY, APRIL 19, ROARING

For the next month, there’ll be events to attend every week in every corner of Caprock Country. Although some festivities were dampened during Spring Break last week— with a muddy Enduro race in Turkey and some soggy and some cancelled ranger programs at Caprock Canyons State Park—the muchneeded moisture should green up the area for the myriad of outdoor activities planned.

In addition, the 52nd Bob Wills Day events will be coming up the 3rd week in April, and it’s high time to book lodging and get prime tickets now.
