• A shower for decontamination of chemical or biological agents
• Climate-controlled classroom with WiFi for training
• A kitchen where people can gather to help feed first responders out on a long-duration incident
• Functionality as emergency operation center
for incident command if needed during a disaster
• Inside storage for extra supplies, gear, and equipment can now be stored inside and not just in hot storage containers
• Office with computers for onsite reporting and record-keeping
