SOUTH PLAINS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE announces its Operation Round Up Teacher Mini-Grant. Applications are open with a deadline on Friday, May 16. ANIMAL RESCUE OF CROSBY COUNTY/CITY OF LORENZO are hosting a clinic for animal vaccinations and microchips, Saturday, April 12, 9 a.m.–noon, Lorenzo Fire Department, 407 Harrison St. All dogs must in on a leash, and cats must be in a carrier. You do not have to live in the county to take advantage of this opportunity. Microchips will be free.

RALLS MUSEUM invites you to its Show and Shine Museum Fundraiser, Saturday, April 12, noon–2 p.m., 801 Main St., Ralls. There will be hot rods, custom cars, or classic cars shined up for everyone to see. Live music on the Rall Square will be an added feature.

DICKENS COUNTY 4-H is hosting its second annual Community Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, April 19, Dickens County Courthouse lawn. The following schedule will be observed: 10 a.m. for 3 and under; 10:15 a.m. for ages 4 and kindergarten students; 10:30 a.m. for 1st –2nd grade students; 10:45 a.m. for 3rd–5th grade students.

GARZA COUNTY ANIMAL HOSPITAL and Dr. Wink are offering low cost and convenient animal vaccination and microchip clinics. They will be in Crosbyton Saturday, April 19, 9 a.m.–noon, at the fire department, 121 S. Ayrshire Ave. All dogs must be leashed and cats contained in a crate.
