DICKENS COUNTY 4-H AND AGRILIFE EXTENSION will host horse playdays on Saturday, June 14, and July 19, Dickens Arena. Books open at 8 a.m., leadline at 8:30 a.m., and start at 9 a.m. Age Divisions include Leadline, PeeWee, Junior and Senior.
DICKENS COUNTY-SPUR LIBRARY will be the host site for A Lunch Experience with the Family and Youth Success Program of Catholic Charities of Lubbock, Thursday, June 5, noon, 403 East Hill St., Spur. The luncheon and activities are designed to strengthen family bonds. Feel free to come by yourself or bring your kids in this opportunity to invest in your family.
