Tuesday Scramble Recap, July 29. We had 28 players and were able to form seven 4-person teams.
1st place went to the team of Tye Scoggins, Eddie Clark, Jimmy Ashley and Jared Ashley with a score of 29 (7 under).
There was a tie for second place, teams proceeded to play off on hole #1 with the following results: 2nd place was claimed by Floyd Starkey, Sue Starkey, Shane Shobert and Lisa Shobert with a score of 32 (4 under).
3rd place went to the team of Justin Posey, Bode Ham, Caleb Herzog and Preston Abbott with a score of 32 (4 under).
Bandy Moeller hit the green on #1, 11’ from the pin, and closest to the pin on #8 was Jason Tanner with 23’, both going home with prize money.
Upcoming Tournament September 13. The Spur Volunteer Fire Department Benefit Tournament is on Saturday September 13, it is a 4-person tournament, $400 per team, with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be included.
