It was another fantastic evening for the weekly Tuesday Scramble. We had 42 scramblers show up to participate and 9 teams were formed.
Returning to the clubhouse at 5 under par and a score of 31 was the team of Mike Day, Janie Day, Tra Howell, Dana Conrad and Russell Conrad to claim the 1st place winnings for the week. Congratulations, Team!
The teams of Gene Solis, Bobby Condren, Robert Daughtry, Andy Daughtry and Sue Starkey; the team of Tyler Luke, Freddy Gonzalez, Bryan Thomas and Bryan Beaty; and the team of Floyd Starkey, Lewis Sessums, Jerry Reynolds and Dewayne Sexton all returned to the clubhouse tied at 4 under par and a score of 32. A chipoff took place, with the Gonzalez team claiming the 2nd place money for the week. The Solis team claimed the 3rd place money for the week.
Robert Daughtry landed his drive on the No. 8 Hole at 8 feet 4 inches from the cup to take home that money pot for the week. Way to go, Robert!
A drive was finally landed on the No. 1 hole by Jimmy Ashley. What a nice little bonus that is for Jimmy, as that money has been rolling over and building up for several weeks. Congratulations, Jimmy! The No. 1 money pot will start over and start rolling again until someone lands another drive on the green.
