At the annual 4-H Round Up, Dickens 4-H members Diezel Ramirez and Lynndee Foster were each recognized with $20,000 scholarships. Ramirez was recognized with the prestigious $20,000 Houston Scholarship. This remarkable award highlights his hard work, commitment and excellence within the 4-H program.
Foster was also honored with a $20,000 San Antonio Scholarship, a testament to her exceptional efforts and contributions to 4-H.
While at Round Up, Foster placed 10th in the Horse Educational Presentation, and she also competed in the Horse Judging Contest, where her performance placed her in the top half of participants.
