Lake Alan Henry
Water clear main lake, stained up the river; 45–54 degrees; 5.74' low. Black bass are slow. Crappie are slow on live minnows. Catfish are fair on cut and live bait.
Lake Colorado City
Water fairly clear; 44–53 degrees; 12.58' low. Black bass are slow on shakyheads and jigs. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and cut bait.
Lake Sweetwater
Water stained; 42–47 degrees; 0.26' high. This lake is currently experiencing a fish kill due to golden alga. Biologists are monitoring the situation and will post updates as they become available. Fish populations have been substantially reduced by the golden alga blooms.
White River Lake
Water stained; 46–55 degrWater stained; 40–47 degrees; 23.49' low. Black bass are slow. Crappie are slow on live minnows. Catfish are fair on cut and live bait. Few fishermen are out due to the cold weather.
*To prevent the spread of zebra mussels, the law requires draining of water from boats and onboard receptacles when leaving or approaching public fresh waters.
