HORSE JUDGING: Dickens County 4-H had 11 young people participate in the District 3 horse judging contest last week. They had two juniors compete, Rylynn Beshirs and Kadyn Taylor. In Intermediates, Gunnir Bateman competed, placing 1st overall and 2nd in Reasons; Kyler Beshirs placed 3rd overall; Bucki Smith placed 9th; Mackenzie Gardner placed 13th; Alyssa Fulmer placed 8th; Lynndee Foster placed 18th; and Jaydee Foster placed 28th. As teams they placed 1st and 4th. Seniors competing were Ainslea Price, placing 19th, and Jadyn Duggan, placing 12th.
