In Jayton and Kent County, several personnel moves have taken place recently in key positions. At the Kent County courthouse, Valerie Jones (right) will serve as the county judge’s secretary following the retirement of Becky Arnold. Also changing responsibilities in Kent County is former extension service secretary L’Rae Lee, who’s now employed by NRCS office in Aspermont; Lee reports that her first weeks have involved mostly training in the office, but she looks forward to being out and about in the region soon. McKayla Meador has taken over Lee’s post with the Kent County Extension Service, working with
Brandon Cave on last week’s junior livestock show.
