Jayton-Girard ISD superintendent Scott Bicknell said this week that the 202425 year is off to a great start, welcoming four new faculty and staff members.
Lauren Huff, the new band director, came from a similar post at Ralls ISD. Huff is “a great addition” to the teaching staff, Bicknell said. “I couldn’t be more tickled.”
Jamie Humphries, most recently an assistant principal at Seagraves High School,wasrecentlynamed the new high school principal for Jayton schools. His wife, Melissa, has come on board to teach science for all grades.
Amber LeMoine, who taught most recently at Patton Springs ISD, is teaching firs grade.
Kristine Foyle, has moved to a full-time position on the school’s cafeteria staff, Bicknell said.
