In spite of the heat, we had 31 scramblers show up to join in on the Tuesday night fun! Seven teams were formed.
The team of Andrew Bateman, Kayla Bateman, Tyler Luke and Aubrey Luke and the team of Sheldon Burchett, Aston Quilimaco, Gene Everheart, Jason Tanner and Floyd Starkey both returned to the clubhouse at 5 under par and a score of 31. A playoff ensued on Hole No. 7, with Kayla Bateman putting it in for birdie for that team to take home the 1st place money for the week. The Burchett team claimed the 2nd-place winnings.
The team of Don Kanenski, Stephanie Beaty, Brandon McBroom, Wes Joplin and Gene Solis and the team of Reid Arnold, Shane Shobert, Lisa Shobert and Jimmy Ashley both returned to the clubhouse after the round at 4 under par and a score of 32. The teams agreed to a playoff on the No. 2 Hole. Gene Solis chipped it in for that team to claim the 3rd-place money and bragging rights for the week.
Tyler Luke planted his drive on Hole No. 8 at 31 feet from the cup to take home that money pot for the week!
No one landed on the No. 1 green last week, so that money pot will roll and grow.
