AUSTIN — The County Information Resources Agency board of directors at the Texas Association of Counties honored Dickens County commissioner Mike Smith with an award during a meeting on Oct. 22 in recognition of his valued service as a member of the CIRA Board. Smith joined the CIRA Board in 2018.
