In the regular monthly meeting of the Dickens County commissioners court on Oct. 10, 2023, Mike Fry and Barbara Bogart of Galaxy Digital appeared before the court to discuss future expansion projects and tax abatement applications with Galaxy Power. The court then recessed at 10:28 a.m.
