Wallace resigns from Dickens council; applications sought

The Dickens City Council accepted member David Wallace’s resignation Nov. 20 for his unexpired term, according to City Secretary Lillian Atkinson. The council will consider appointing someone to that position at their meeting scheduled for Jan. 8, 2026, at 5:30 pm.
