Like most small towns across West Texas, Texas Spur Country has moved Trunk or Treat dates due Friday night football on Friday, Oct. 31. All Trunk or Treat activities will be Saturday, Nov. 1.

I remember how much I loved my grandmother’s pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving and Christmas, but what I really loved was the whip cream on top! As a child I just couldn’t wait to finish the wonderful cornbread dressing and turkey so I could get to that whip cream.
